If you want to enable your forum signature, keeping in mind that it must contain no image taller than 185 pixels (as per forum rules), do the following:
click 'Profile' in the upper toolbar
click 'preferences'
click 'always attach my signature'
After that, your signature will be attached to every new post you make, but it will not retroactively attach to your older posts. You can manually edit it onto your old posts using the 'options' tab in the 'reply' full menu, but obviously that is a matter of personal preference.
Nobody is expected or required to enable signatures, of course. This is merely to explain how you may enable it, if you wish.
